Huntington Ingalls was awarded a $276.13M cost-plus- incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract for additional advance planning effort and long-lead-time material required for the accomplishment of the USS Harry S. Truman Refueling Complex Overhaul. Work is expected to be completed by September 2026. FY25 shipbuilding and conversion funds in the amount of $65M will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command is the contracting activity.
