High Roller Technologies (ROLR) announced the appointment of Jake Francis as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately, replacing Emily Micallef who moves into an advisory role. Prior to joining High Roller, Francis served as Senior Vice President of Operations for BlueBet, Senior Director, Operations at Penn Entertainment, Director of Internet Gaming Compliance at Hard Rock, and worked in risk management at NYX Gaming Group.
