New Mexico police are responding to an explosion at the HF Sinclair (DINO) Navajo Refinery, KOB 4 reports. The company said three people are injured, according to Bloomberg. Shares of HF Sinclair are down 3%, or $1.57, to $51.19 in afternoon trading.
