Hertz (HTZ) Global Holdings announced that Piero Bussani is joining the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, effective October 27, to lead global legal affairs, government affairs and sustainability and social impact. Bussani brings more than three decades of legal and business leadership experience across the real estate, hospitality, consumer-facing, and technology sectors, including 18 years with Blackstone-backed portfolio companies.
