Citi analyst Cindy Li upgraded Henderson Land to Buy from Neutral with a price target of HK$24, up from HK$17.70. Henderson has returned to lower net debt in the first half of 2024, noted the analyst, who expects the company to deliver “breakeven to mildly positive” cash flow after dividend.
