Evercore ISI downgraded Healthpeak Properties (DOC) to In Line from Outperform with a price target of $21, up from $20. While the quarter was complicated by the Janus Living IPO (JAN), Healthpeak’s FY26 FFO guidance was nudged higher, the analyst tells investors. The Q1 update spurred “a strong absolute & relative valuation rerate,” notes the analyst, who believes the stock possesses less upside than before the Q1 print.
