Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Halliburton (HAL) to $29 from $30 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm adjusted targets in the energy services group as a part of a Q1 earnings preview. Looking past Middle East disruptions, structurally higher oil prices and a focus on energy security “set up a potential earnings revision cycle,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
