Barclays analyst J. David Anderson lowered the firm’s price target on Halliburton (HAL) to $22 from $26 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The company guided down the second half of 2025 as both the North American and international markets are slowing and margins are moving lower, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
