Hallador Energy Company announced the appointment ofMarjorie Hargraveas CFO, effectiveApril 10, 2024. Hargrave will succeedLawrence D. Martin, who has been with the company since 2007.Mr. Martin will remain with the company for several months to help facilitate the transition and will also assist with special projects. Hargrave has served in senior finance positions at Xcel Energy and Black Hills Corporation and as CFO at High Sierra Energy, CTAP, and Enservco Corporation. Most recently, Ms. Hargrave was the CFO at Leanin’ Tree, Inc.
