H.B. Fuller raises quarterly dividend 4.3% to 24.5c per share

H.B. Fuller (FUL) Company announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the company’s regular quarterly cash dividend from 23.5c per share of common stock to 24.5c per share of common stock, payable on May 14, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2026.
