Know Labs (KNW) announced it has entered into an agreement with Goldeneye 1995 LLC, an affiliate of fintech investor Greg Kidd, to acquire a controlling interest in the company. Upon closing, Kidd will become CEO and Chairman of the Board. The transaction, unanimously approved by Know Labs’ board, is expected to close in Q3, subject to shareholder approval and closing conditions. Founder Ron Erickson will serve as president of a new division and Vice Chairman of the Board.
