GreenPower Motor (GP) announced that the company received a determination letter from the staff of Nasdaq stating that the company has not regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules 5550. The letter stated that, unless the company requests an appeal of this determination no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 3, the staff has determined that the company’s common shares will be scheduled for delisting from Nasdaq and will be suspended at the opening of business on September 5 and a Form 25-NSE will be filed with the SEC which will remove the company’s common shares from listing and registration on Nasdaq. The company is requesting a hearing to appeal this determination.
