Greenlight Capital Re announced changes to its executive leadership team. Faramarz Romer, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, will be appointed Chief Financial Officer, CFO, effective as of April 1, 2023. Romer will succeed Neil Greenspan, who is leaving the Company on March 31, 2023. Since September 2020, Romer has served as Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the Company.
