Green Plains (GPRE) announced the appointment of Ann Reis as CFO, effective January 6. Reis joins Green Plains from Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, where she served as CFO. Phil Boggs, who served in multiple finance leadership roles, will depart on January 5.
