Granite (GVA) announced that Executive VP and COO James Radich will retire on July 4. The company stated it will not fill the COO role; instead, its Senior Vice Presidents of Construction and Materials will report directly to President and CEO Kyle Larkin. Radich joined Granite in 1980 and has held various leadership roles.
