Graco to acquire Italy-based Color Service for EUR63M

Graco (GGG) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Color Service, a global leader in automated dosing systems for powder and liquid applications for EUR63M, subject to customary adjustments. Color Service had revenue of EUR34M in 2024. The transaction is expected to close in Graco’s Q3 following the satisfaction of closing conditions. Color Service serves a wide range of industries including textiles, rubber, cosmetics, plastics, and food. Headquartered in Italy, Color Service employs approximately 140 people worldwide.
