Google (GOOGL) and SpaceX are in talks for a rocket launch deal amid efforts to put orbital data centers in space, The Wall Street Journal’s Berber Jin and Becky Peterson report. According to people familiar with the discussions, Google is also in talks about a potential deal with other rocket-launch companies as well. Other publicly traded rocket-launch companies include Rocket Lab (RKLB), Intuitive Machines (LUNR), and Planet Labs (PL).
