After becoming fed up with critics inside the company, Goldman Sachs (GS) CEO David Solomon told the board he was going to take action, pushing out those he said were undermining him with their leaks, AnnaMaria Andriotis of The Wall Street Journal reports, people familiar with the matter said. By last year, longtime executives who openly criticized his strategy were gone and now things are going much smoother for Solomon.
