Liberty Global (LBTYK) (LBTYA) has hired Goldman Sachs (GS) to help arrange a stake sale in Belgian network company Wyre, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Vinicy Chan. The 50% stake in Wyre could be worth about EUR 1B in a deal and could attract infrastructure funds and private equity firms, the sources said.
