Globant (GLOB) disclosed that on July 28 it reached a mutual agreement with Patricia Pomies regarding her resignation from the position of Chief Operating Officer, effective July 31. Globant is not appointing a replacement for the COO position at this time. Pomies’ responsibilities will be redistributed among various areas within the organization
