Global Net Lease made notable strides in reducing leverage across 2025 and now sits in a significantly improved position, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The balance sheet strengthening strategy has been accomplished significantly ahead of expectations and dispositions have enabled the company to further scale the business and opportunistically repurchase shares, the firm says.
