Global Medical REIT to change name, symbol

Global Medical REIT (GMRE) announced that the company will change its name, effective as of 12:01 a.m., Eastern Time, on February 23 to “Chiron Real Estate Inc.” Beginning on February 23, the company’s common stock will trade on the NYSE under the new name, “Chiron Real Estate Inc.,” and ticker symbol “XRN.”
