After failing to reach an agreement in a pay dispute, the Australian Workers’ Union notified Glencore (GLNCY) that employees will strike if the company does not offer higher wages, Paul-Alain Hunt of Bloomberg reports. According to the union, Glencore pays staff 15% less than nearby plants. The refinery produces 300,000 tons of copper a year.
