Crestwood Equity Partners (CEQP) announced that leading independent proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis recommends that unitholders vote “FOR” the pending transaction with Energy Transfer (ET) ahead of the special meeting of unitholders scheduled to be held on October 30… In its report dated October 20 Glass Lewis stated:”We believe the terms of the merger are favorable for Crestwood and its stockholders (and) combining into the larger entity would mitigate risks and longer-term challenges associated with Crestwood business that are inherent for a smaller scale company.” ”
