In a regulatory filing, the company states: “On March 18, 2026, Naveen Krishna, the Executive Vice President, Chief Information & Digital Officer of Genuine Parts (GPC) Company, notified the Company of his intent to resign from the Company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Krishna will step down as an executive officer of the Company, effective April 1, 2026, but will remain an employee of the Company until May 5, 2026 to assist with an orderly transition of his responsibilities. The Company does not intend to appoint a successor at this time, and all responsibilities associated with Mr. Krishna’s role will be reallocated to other individuals within the Company. Mr. Krishna will not receive any severance benefits in connection with his voluntary departure from the Company.”
