Genpact raises quarterly dividend 10% to 18.75c per share

Genpact’s (G) Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of 2026 of 18.75c per common share, a 10% increase, payable on March 31 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 16. The newly approved quarterly dividend represents a planned annual dividend of 75c per common share, an increase from 68c per common share in 2025.
