General Dynamics (GD) was awarded a $150M cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for the Abrams Engineering Program. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Sterling Heights, Michigan, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2027. FY25 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $150M were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command is the contracting activity.
