RBC Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Gartner (IT) to $175 from $250 and keeps a Sector Perform rating on the shares. CV – contract value – growth, including ex-Government, moderated from 6% in Q3 to 4% in Q4, while wallet retention declined and new business was down mid-single-digits, the analyst tells investors in a research note. CV growth ex-Government will likely remain muted near-term given the tough selling environment, the firm added.
