Scotiabank analyst Francisco Suarez downgraded GAP Airports (PAC) to Sector Perform from Outperform with a price target of MXN 522, down from MXN 572. The firm sees “a bright outlook in 2026” for the three Mexican airports, but sees more earnings momentum in Asur (ASR) than at GAP.
