Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Richard Anderson initiated coverage of Gaming and Leisure Properties (GLPI) with a Neutral rating and $51 price target The firm initiated coverage of the U.S. REITs, including nine property sectors and 40 stocks. Although there isn’t widespread enthusiasm for a REIT recovery in 2026 just yet, Cantor believes the industry could be well-positioned over the next 12 to 24 months, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm’s top property sector calls include Office, Industrial, Healthcare and Net Lease, but is incrementally more cautious on Multifamily and Hotels.
