GameSquare announces 1.5M share repurchase

GameSquare (GAME) Holdings repurchased over 1.5M shares of its common stock during the month of February for $499,137, representing an average price of approximately $0.33 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $2.5M remaining under its current authorization. Consistent with its capital allocation priorities, GameSquare intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock. Since October 2025, the Company has repurchased a total of 5.05M shares of its common stock for $2.5M, representing an average price of approximately $0.49 per share.
