Fury Gold Mines files management information circular for Annual Meeting

Fury Gold Mines (FURY) announced that its management information circular in connection with the Company’s upcoming annual meeting of shareholders is now available under FURY’s profile on SEDAR+ and on Fury’s website. Additionally, the mailing of the Circular and related materials for the Meeting to shareholders has been completed. The Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in a virtual-only format. The Meeting Materials are being mailed to Shareholders to provide information about the election of directors and appointment of auditors, detailed instructions about how to vote shares, and how to attend on-line and participate at the Meeting. The Company encourages Shareholders to review the Meeting Materials before voting their shares. The Board of Directors of Fury unanimously recommends that Shareholders vote FOR ALL resolutions.
