The Federal Trade Commission under the new administration’s leadership is moving ahead with an antitrust probe of Microsoft (MSFT) that was opened in the waning days of the Biden administration, Bloomberg reported. The agency is scrutinizing Microsoft’s decision to slash funding on its own artificial intelligence projects after striking a deal with OpenAI, the report noted.
