FS Bancorp appoints Phillip Whittington as CFO

FS Bancorp (FSBW), the holding company for 1st Security Bank of Washington, has named Phillip Whittington as CFO of both the Bank and the Company effective May 1, 2025. Matthew Mullet, who previously served as CFO and President will continue to serve as the President for both the Company and the Bank. Phillip Whittington has served as the Controller of the Bank since January 2020.
