Morgan Stanley analyst Benjamin Swinburne resumed coverage of Frontier Communications (FYBR) with an Equal Weight rating and $38.50 price target reflecting the agreed upon sale to Verizon (VZ) for cash. Management expects the transaction to close in the first half of 2026, Morgan Stanley says.
