This month’s preliminary AUM reflected the impact of positive markets and the acquisition of Apera Asset Management, partially offset by preliminary long-term net outflows of $2B, inclusive of $4B of long-term net outflows at Western Asset Management. Excluding Western Asset Management, preliminary long-term net inflows were $2B.
