Barrington analyst Alexander Paris lowered the firm’s price target on Franklin Covey (FC) to $22 from $27 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Q4 results were essentially in line with expectations, but initial FY26 guidance was below expectations, reflecting lower deferred revenue generated in FY25 and a conversion lag, notes the analyst. While it will take some time for stronger invoiced amounts to become reported revenue, the firm is “looking over the valley” to accelerated growth and profitability in FY27, the analyst tells investors.
