Four flight attendants are suing Boeing (BA) for physical and emotional injuries related to the mid-cabin panel blowout on the Alaska Airlines (ALK) 737 MAX 9 last year, Reuters reports. The lawsuits accuse Boeing of negligence and failure to exercise reasonable care in the production, sale, and repair of the jet and its parts.
