Fortune Rise Acquisition recently hired Richard Brand as Principal Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer and has retained Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP to advise on its proposed business combination with Water on Demand, a privately-held subsidiary of OriginClear, and owner of FRLA‘s sponsor, Fortune Rise Sponsor, with which it has signed a non-binding letter of intent. Brand served as CFO for public companies following being a hedge fund Portfolio Manager and a Capital Markets executive.
