JPMorgan analyst Stephen Tusa downgraded Fortive (FTV) to Underweight from Neutral with a price target of $57, up from $55. The firm adjusted ratings in the electrical equipment and multi-industry group as part of its 2026 outlook. The analyst cites Fortive’s “lack of pickup” in organic growth and risk of disruption in software for the downgrade.
