B. Riley raised the firm’s price target on FormFactor (FORM) to $100 from $88 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. FormFactor’s Q25 results exceeded consensus, driven by DRAM and Systems strength, with Q1 guidance even higher and long-term financial targets visibly progressing, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Strong operating execution, HBM adoption, 2nm transition demand, and expanded capacity suggest CY26-CY27 revenue and EPS upside, with annualized EPS of $2.50 increasingly in reach and $3.00 possible longer term, B. Riley says.
