TD Cowen lowered the firm’s price target on FormFactor (FORM) to $35 from $44 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said they reported a December 2024 quarter slightly below expectations on worse F/L probe card deman,(but record DRAM was overshadowed by the March 2025 quarter guidance miss with Revenue/EPS below the Street’s view.
