Forestar Group files to sell 15M shares of common stock for holders

D.R. Horton, the selling stockholder, may also offer and sell, from time to time in one or more offerings, up to 15M shares of the company’s common stock on terms to be determined at the time of offering. Forestar will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares of its common stock by the selling stockholder.
