Foremost Clean Energy (FMST) announced the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held on December 16, 2025. All matters submitted to shareholders for approval at the Meeting were approved in accordance with management’s recommendations, including: fixing the number of directors of the Company at six and electing the following individuals to serve as directors until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly elected or appointed: Jason Barnard, Douglas L. Mason, Andrew Lyons, David Cates, Amanda Willett, and Peter Espig; appointing Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and authorizing the Board to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor; and approving the Company’s amended and restated stock incentive plan.
