Ford (F) said at CES that it is working on an AI assistant that will debut in the car maker’s smartphone app before expanding to its vehicles next year, TechCrunch’s Sean O’Kane reports. The company also hinted at a next-generation version of its BlueCruise advanced driver assistance system that would be both cheaper to make and have more capabilities, eventually resulting in eyes-off driving in 2028, the author notes.
