Ford (F) CEO Jim Farley told staff in a town hall this week that companywide bonuses would be increased to 130%, as the car maker has delivered on its goal to improve vehicle quality, Reuters’ Nora Eckert reports, citing four people familiar with the matter. Farley told employees that the higher bonuses are mainly due to the company’s improved initial vehicle quality, which measures repairs in the first 90 days of ownership, with the CEO saying the metric is the best it has been in a decade, the author notes.
