While Ford (F) makes around 80% of the cars it sells in the U.S. in the country and makes more vehicles in the U.S. than any other carmaker, the Trump administration’s latest trade deals with Japan, the European Union, and South Korea have put it at a disadvantage with foreign rivals, Sharon Terlep of The Wall Street Journal reports. The company faces steeper tariffs on many parts as well as imported aluminum.
