Ford breaks record for most safety recalls in calendar year, WSJ says

Ford (F) has recorded more safety recalls in the first six months of 2025 than any other company has in an entire calendar year, with the company issuing 88 safety recalls as of the end of Jine, Ryan Felton of The Wall Street Journal reports, citing federal data. The next closest manufacturer this year is Forest River, which is at 21 recalls due to the vehicles being plagued by manufacturing errors.
