Forafric (AFRI) Global announced that on January 14, 2025, it received written notice from the listing qualifications department of The Nasdaq Stock Market stating that since the Company has not yet filed a Form 6-K containing an interim balance sheet and income statement as of the end of its second quarter by December 31, 2024, the Company was not in compliance with Listing Rule 5250.
