B. Riley lowered the firm’s price target on Flywire (FLYW) to $15 from $17 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says its estimates now include the impact of the acquisition of Sertifi, a software-as-a-service platform operating in the travel sector. The company’s revenue forecasts continue to be impacted by ongoing student visa issues in the Canadian and Australian education market, along with elevated concerns for visa issuance in the U.S., the analyst tells investors in a research note. In time, Riley thinks “these political issues will get smoothed out.”
